Alright, at least I managed to upgrade this Mastodon to a slightly recent version that is 2.7.4, I'll check this out later in 3 months or so, good night

And now Debian complains peertube require nodejs < 10, what the hay

Oh nice, Mastodon 2.8 now requires Node.js 6, 8 or 10. Great.

Says the guy with Node 9 installed, for some reason.

This instance didn't crashed for the last 24 hours

Alright, Mastodon is migrated to 2.7.4, I'll migrate to 2.8 later

We're kinda back, it's been like 3 months this update is due lol

Going to run some upgrades on this instance, brb

Reminder to not put Mastodon and 4 Minecraft servers on the same VPS running some old version of OpenVZ with a kernel that has been EOL'd since years

A young man stands in his bedroom. It just so happens that today, the 13th of April, 2019, is this young man's birthday. Though it was twenty-three years ago he was given life, it was only ten years ago he was given a name!

Time sure goes fast.

Been a while we talked about it but we're finally redoing the site

Now with SMF 2.1

Have fun

Reminder that Eluveitie still kicks ass without Anna Murphy, Ivo Henzi, and Merlin Sutter

Why 768 you say

A 96x64 1-bit picture takes 768 bytes in memory that's why

Fun fact: calc.news lives for another day

At least something that works, I probably should upgrade this to Mastodon 2.7 and apply the patch to make the limit 768 characters but knowing me it's gonna break in unexpected ways in the process

Alright, it worked, bought some stuff for $1 on Humble Bundle as a test and it accepted my card :3

This instance is mainly for the graphic calculator community, but is open to programmers, artists and related fields.

This is an instance for those who used to put games and hack on their TI-83+ instead of actually doing their math homework on it back in high school. Those who picked up programming because it's fun. Those who will put their favourite programming languages to creative uses and maybe make up new ones. You are encouraged to show your projects off on this instance and show other users of the fediverse what you're able of.

Mostly everything is allowed, but just keep it friendly, okay? No abuse, use common sense. We're just a bunch of nerds here. All hail the mighty walrus.
